Tim and Wendy helped my husband and I buy a house in Yachats. We worked with Tim from afar (we live in Seattle) for over six months looking for a home that was the right fit for our family. He was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, had our best interests at heart always, and helped us handle things we couldn't easily do since we weren't local. He and Wendy also had a deep knowledge of the area and businesses to refer us to for different needs, from plumbers to lenders to anything in between. Tim was patient and kind when more and more hoops to jump through popped up during our escrow and always checked in to make sure we were still excited and happy with how things were going. Finding a competent Real Estate agent is far more important than I realized. After hiring a different agent and having nothing accomplished in 6 weeks, I hired Wendy Snidow instead. She accomplished in an hour what I had waited patiently for 6 weeks with my first real estate agent. Wendy is a full time agent, not part time like my first choice, which was brought to my attention. I am happy to report my house was only on the market for 24 days befor it sold. Wendy Snidow knows how to market your house in a world where social apps dominate the playing field. Within a week of hiring Wendy, I received a packet in the mail that showed exactly where my house would shine out like a star around the other choices. I recently moved my mother from Yachats, OR, to Southern California (where I reside), and thus needed to sell her house and property ASAP to help pay for her Memory Care living expenses. I cannot begin to express the proactive, professional, urgent and thorough job that was done by those at Coastal Homes and Land. UNBELIEVABLE! Being 1,000 miles away and trying to sell an old house full of goods was by no means an easy task. Tim Gregory is a wonderful real estate agent. He already had videos of the inside and outside of the property we were interested in. He quickly contacted the seller and got our family touring the house on the second day it was listed. He knew the market and offered great advice on giving an offer. He has an awesome team. He provided a list of qualified home inspectors. The inspector we used made us feel extremely comfortable and informed on all aspects of our new home. We also used one of the septic tank and leech field pump and inspection companies he referred. They were able to send cameras throughout the whole system. Super professional and really nice people. I recently closed a multi-million, multi-unit deal through Coastal Homes and Land in Yachats. I give my highest recommendations to Wendy Snidow (and now also to Tim Gregory) as realtors! Wendy helped us find and purchase our home in 2017. It took a fairly exhaustive search during which we came to trust her experience and honesty as she steered us clear from potentially problematic situations. When we chose a home and made an offer, she showed herself to be a tough negotiator, and we got our home for a very good price. In 2025, I needed to sell my home quickly in a very poor market. Wendy and Tim did absolutely everything they could to help me. From Tim using AI and drones, to Wendy boosting the advertising while helping get my house cleaned out for showing, they did it all.
